Poop and the GOP

The Bill and Malinda Gates Foundation is funding and effort to help spread toilets throughout the Third World, where more than a Billions humans poop out in the open, without the use of any outhouses or any other facilities. I wonder what the Republican Presidential candidates Ron Paul, Newt Gingrich, Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum would have to say about government regulating people's bodily functions.
