Shelly Gossman Going to SNL

Some of you may remember the interview I did last fall with Second City Chicago Actress Shelly Gossman last Fall.

She had been invited the audition for the show twice that year but was never hired. She was kind enough to sit down with me for an interview about her experiences with the SNL casting process and the world of Improvisational Comedy, and I could not have been happier when I learned earlier this week that she's been hired as a Writer for the show.
Lorne Michaels was in Chicago this past weekend, saw her perform, and apparently the third time was the charm.
